1. Order Processing Schedule

After successful payment authorization, our warehouse team will process and pack your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing work is suspended on Saturdays, Sundays and all national public holidays of the United States.

Orders with out-of-stock items will be held until inventory restocks, you will receive a delay notification via email.

2. Global Delivery Estimates

All transit durations are estimations only and cannot be legally guaranteed. Common delay factors include customs inspection hold-ups, international flight suspensions, natural disasters, local courier strikes and regional logistics backlogs.
  • United States Domestic: 3–7 business days from shipment date
  • All International Countries & Regions: 7–20 business days from shipment date

3. Shipping Cost & Promotional Free Shipping

Shipping expenses are dynamically calculated on the checkout page based on package total weight, delivery country and your chosen shipping service (standard / expedited).

Our store provides complimentary standard shipping for all orders with a subtotal over $75 USD before tax and shipping fees. Expedited express shipping is an optional upgrade with additional surcharges shown at checkout.

4. Cross-Border Customs, Tax & Buyer Liability

This clause is applicable to all non-US international shipments:
  1. The buyer is solely liable for all import-related charges, including customs duties, local VAT, consumption tax and customs clearance processing fees requested by your country’s customs authority.
  2. Tower 28 Beauty will not issue any reimbursement or compensation for import taxes, seized packages or customs fines under normal circumstances.
  3. Customers must independently verify whether skincare & cosmetic products are allowed to import in your destination territory before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages detained or confiscated by local customs authorities.

5. Parcel Tracking System

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an automated email containing your tracking ID and live tracking website link will be sent to your registered contact mailbox. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display after shipment.

6. Resolution for Damaged, Lost or Stolen Shipments

  1. Damaged goods on receipt: You must provide clear photos of the outer packaging and defective merchandise to our support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation. We will arrange replacement or partial refund after verification. Claims submitted past the 48-hour limit will not be accepted.
  2. Lost or stolen packages: If courier tracking marks your parcel as lost or stolen, submit a support ticket with your order number within 14 calendar days after shipment. Our team will coordinate with the logistics provider to launch an investigation.
  3. Returned undeliverable parcels: Packages returned to our warehouse due to wrong address, recipient refusal to pay import tax or multiple failed delivery attempts will incur return shipping fees. We will only reship your goods once you cover both original outbound and return logistics costs.
